The Nothing
One of the most interesting movies from my childhood was The Neverending Story. In this story the characters are all running away from a dreaded forced named the nothing. The nothing took the value out of this fantasy world and the people that lived in it. I was thinking about it today because without JM I have been feeling kind of empty. For the last few months I have been living to try and make her happy, and now I am left with the sad prospect of selfishness once again. This leaves me kind of empty for the moment. I know that I will find someone else and that my life will continue to change, but right now I feel a great hollowness in my heart without her.
